Originally constructed in 1878, the
structure has undergone preservation, restoration, reconstruction
and adaptation on a number of separate occasions in recent years.
The building houses three separate tenancies including our own architect’s offices.
The reconstruction, including an upper storey and access stair is a balance between the contemporary new forms and the Victorian proportions of the existing structure.
