services generally include:
schematic design including site analysis, development feasibility studies, measured drawings, concept sketch drawings, indicative budgets
developed design including developed sketch drawings, planning and
environmental reports, three dimensional modelling
contract documentation including working drawings and
specifications, co-ordination and integration of specialist
consultants services eg. engineering services
contract administration including calling and reporting on
tenders, administration of a building contract and inspection of
building works
Fees :
Our fees generally are an agreed
percentage of the estimated, or completed cost of construction. A
fixed fee, or an hourly rate may be applicable. Our fees are
negotiable and relate to the extent and complexity of our services.
Insurance :
mcdesign architects is a
registered practice in architecture and carries mandatory
professional indemnity insurance
