The concept responds to the
landscape and to the climate with an innovative, sustainable design
for winemaking, cellaring and wine sales.
The design includes two structures with the main structure for
winemaking embedded into the natural fall of the topography, which
provides for a process by natural gravity starting with the arrival
of the grapes.
A large roof plane shading the main structure sheds water for
storage and cleaning into the shaped barrel cellar roof of the
second structure.
